The folding part is top notch very easy and using it as a trolly is Very good The downsides are the motor and gears are very noisy in use pedestrians are looking round for where the noise is coming from about 25mts and more in front there is no need of the warning hornAnd also is use it is fine on very smooth surfaces otherwise it is very uncomfortable as you feel every crack and bumpas it is like riding on an ironing board

Purchased mine in 2021 as needed something that could go on an airplane and I love it, it has been abroad 5 times now. I have had problems with it mind, when abroad it doesn’t do the ramps very well but this is due to the surface of tiling etc. I have also tipped over on it a few times as if turning it can become unsteady. I’m not exactly really careful but I don’t think it is suitable for the elderly. I bought the padded seat and with my back problems it becomes uncomfortable. Also for some strange reason when even on a slight slope it makes a weird noise and I can’t figure out what the noise is, have been thinking it could be as I don’t have the battery that is supplied with the scooter as I’m uk, I have the standard battery allowed for the uk and had been promised either the correct battery or a second battery but never received it but it lasts as long as I need it anyway. But apart from that i absolutely love mine, I’m 50 so I don’t feel old on this.. oh 1 thing mine doesn’t have led lights at the back only the front

This is my third scooter and it’s by far the best. I wanted one that I could take on holiday and in the car. I also liked the look of this one as I think it’s a bit more stylish than others. It’s heavy but when split in two I can manage it myself. The battery life is excellent and it’s fast enough that I don’t feel like people have to slow down because of me. It’s easy to manoeuvre round shops and manages slopes easily. Even with arthritic hands I can operate it easily. The controls are responsive. The brake is slightly awkward to pull but I actually haven’t had to use it at all as the scooter has regenerative braking -there is a little bit of a learning curve just to ease off the throttle so it doesn’t stop too quickly. Build quality is very good, and it locks too. Once you’ve got the hang of it, folding and unfolding are easy enough. It’s quite neat to store and charging can be done with the battery in or out. Customer service when I was buying it was excellent. I got great advice from Helen. To be perfect the seat would be a little softer and I’d love a cup holder! I’d definitely recommend this.

This scooter is overall a good product. However, it’s a steep learning curve when it comes to opening, closing, un-attaching and reattaching the two separate parts of the scooter. Being new, it is stiff to operate but hopefully, this will ease with use. All said and done it is a sturdy practical and useful piece of equipment. Hope the after-sales help and replacement parts is easy to obtain.

Ordered thru Cameron and he delivered the scooter with bundle: mobile holder, flight kit, carryall & cushion leather + armrests himself. Because of my stroke, I have requested that throttle be put on the left side of the handle bar, which I haven’t had no problem at all. I treat it as my supercar! Only the downside is, armrests doesn’t lock smoothly, either I’ve to push it suddenly which takes many times to perfect it or used a fork-like to manipulate it. 4.5/5 stars!

I have used a number of scooters in the past. I needed one that looked good. This one does, which was one reason for the purchase I also needed one I could manage on my own, putting into the car etc., and so far so good. Some slight niggles: I find the constant buzzing when driving slightly annoying. I would prefer to be able to interchange the use of both hands to hold a drive button. And I prefer the ones with lever both sides for forward and reverse rather than using one button. Early days.

Amazing folding scooter. Bought it for my mother who struggles now with walking distances. We took it on a family holiday to the Canaries and were very happy with its performance. It handled the airport and flight without damage, seems very well made a robust. Lots of positive comments from passers by when converting to trolley mode and back. So practical, we could go to so many places with this. We easily went on local buses, taxis and even a ferry! Outperformed my expectations. Can’t recommend Movinglife enough, from the time of purchase through to delivery and after sale care they have been exemplary. They wouldn’t actually sell it to me until they had visited my mother in person to ensure she could handle it ok. We were visited by Craig who went though every detail of the scooter, without any pressure. He spent a lot of time making sure my mother could break it down, lift it, convert it and even made sure it would fit in the boot of her car and that she would be able to lift it in. Unfortunately, we somehow lost the charger going through airport security and when I contacted Movinglife on a Sunday, not expecting a response until Monday, Craig replied in minutes. They then went out of their way to facilitate getting a replacement charger, even though we were out in the Canary Islands; we got it!It is so reassuring to know that we have such aftercare with the product should there be any future problems. Both myself and my wife found the ATTO Sport great to manoeuvre about, assemble, dismantle and place in our vehicle. On it's first outing, it managed the terrain well, apart from a gradual incline whereupon I had to dismount whilst my wife navigated the ATTO to a place of ease; pity but, this did/has not diminished the benefits in having the ATTO in anyway and I/we are very pleased with the product, thank you !

Marvellous three-wheel mobile scooter, which is surprisingly compact when folded. Although it’s a little on the heavy side to lift in the car, it’s designed in a such a way that it’s very easy to do it. Excellent manuverability, even in the tightest corners. The higher range of speed in the Sport version is really helpful but also great fun. Finally something that works for my bad knees. It is best for people who still have the use of their legs. Slightly unstable on uneven paths so it may need to be driven with the body weight and balance. Higher speed use recommended for not-too-steep uphill climbs. Folding and unfolding is intuitive and very easy, once you have tried it a couple of times. Great instructions in the booklet - especially on safety driving! The staff at the wear-house was super helpful and informative.

We ordered an atto sport scooter for my husband. I was a little nervous ordering an expensive item online but I need not have worried. The help I received was second to none. We talked through the suitability of the scooter and I was sent very useful links to research it further. There was no hard sell but plenty of help and guidance. After ordering the scooter it arrived quickly ( a couple of days) and my hubby hasn’t looked back. We go everywhere together now. It’s fits in the car easily ( we have a medium sized car) and although it’s a heavy unit when together it easily separates into 2 parts and I have no issues lifting the separate sections. The heaviest part is the front wheel but you can quickly remove the battery to make it lighter. It has a brilliant handle for pulling it along and takes less than 30 seconds to unfold it. Folded up it’s the size of a small suitcase. The battery lasts ages and charges up really quickly and it’s so speedy. It goes up hills, over grass and gravel with no issues. The designers seem to have thought of everything and produced a scooter that ticks all the boxes. My hubby loves the cruise control as he can coast along at my walking speed. He is glad we purchased the seat cover as it makes it super comfy. We also bought the pet holder and our small dog is quite happy to whizz along inside the carrier. I cannot stress how much this has changed our life. It’s opened up a host of opportunities that wouldn’t have been possible. I can, without hesitation, recommend the atto sport. It’s powerful, copes with everything we need and it looks cool which makes my husband happy and confident. I also have no hesitation in recommending this company. I can honestly say I’ve never been more impressed with the help we received. Finally, it’s a lot of money but for us it’s more than worth every penny. A fantastic product from a professional and caring company.

scooter very confusing to open and close. done it many times now. there is a way to do it and I follow the insturcitons but it gets opened/folded more by accident than because I know what I'm doing. Throttle is difficult to use when making a right turn (wrists just don't bend that way). a moorcycle type throttle would be real plus. Probably the least stable of all the scooters I tried but it comes apart and I can lift it into into my car.

The Cadillac of Scooters My mom has had for a year now and we use at Disneyland for her to get around. Yes, it is very expensive, however it is more manageable than others out there in the market. It is truly the Cadillac of scooters. Now the feedback: Fedex delivered and the paint was scratched and a small dent in front piece, the box went through a war of something. I texted Folding Scooter Store to let them know, but I knew I would probably do something to it myself getting it in and out of the trunk, so lived with it. The battery lasts all day for us about 10 hours with still plenty of juice. We wish the horn was louder and different sounding as everyone ignores it. Love the front headlights, but the back light is a joke. You have to separately charge it and it is pretty flimsy light at best. It has high clearance which is great, however, her shins ache after a short period of time since the footbed is tilted up. I tried it for a bit and yes, my shins were killing me. I extend my legs off the footbed to stretch my legs, but they still ache and it is hard to keep your ankles on the edge. I would have considered going down to a 3star rating, but felt 4 was sufficient.

Great product and excellent technical support I have started using Atto Sport with Shabbat controller relatively recently but already enjoying the ride. Due to foldability it greatly eases transportation (my previous Amigo scooter requires a lift to place into the car trunk). I really like the thoughtful and esthetic design, variety of accessories, adjustment options, and overall how elegant the scooter looks. I had some technical issues but worked with Devon Weber from the technical support and he was very knowledgeable and extremely patient to resolve my problems. In many senses, this product is a life changer for me as a polio surviver. It is not cheap but worth for me every penny. I am very thankful to the vendor.

poor customer service or support i purchased the atto sports for $3,999 2 weeks before the sale price of $3,699 (i still haven’t received the unit). i just wished that rick the salesman informed me ahead of time that the unit will go sale in 2 weeks at least i could have waited and saved $300 or could have advise me that if the unit goes on sale he will credit back the difference just like other stores. i liked the scooter but i’m not satisfied that i didn’t get the sale price. the salesman rick texted me that the customer service will call me but never heard from them. that shows a poor customer support or service. i’m still waiting for that call but i guess that’s the kind of service every customer will get from folding scooter store. too bad most of my family already bought from rick.
