Movinglife UK Limited Returns Policy


At Movinglife UK Limited, we endeavour to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we acknowledge there may be times when you need to return a product. This policy sets out the conditions under which returns are accepted, in compliance with UK consumer law.

Right to Cancel: Customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day period to inform us of your decision. We will provide you with the necessary return details and instructions. The cost of the return is for your account or you can make use of our collection service.

Return Condition: Items must be returned in new original condition, including all packaging and accessories. If there are any signs of use or if there is any mileage on the scooter, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the item and the initial postage charge less any restocking fee.

Faulty Goods: If items are delivered damaged, report them within 2 working days for a free repair or replacement.

In-Home Demonstrations and Sales:

Cancellation Right: Customers who purchase items during in-home demonstrations have the same 14-day cancellation right as online sales.

Notification: Please inform us within the 14-day period if you wish to return the product purchased during an in-home demonstration.

Collection Service. Large and Bulky Items (Scooters)

Pickup Service: Due to the size and nature of our products, we offer a pickup service for returns. Please be aware that a fee of £85 will be charged for this service.
Note: We cannot arrange for the collection of lithium batteries not contained in the mobility scooter. If you wish to return a battery, you will need to find a suitable courier or service to have it returned to us.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on goods that have any sign of use.

Liability: Customers will not be held responsible for damages not caused by their own handling. For items damaged due to customer mishandling, charges will be applied based on the extent of the damage.
