Cancelling an unwanted order…


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receipt to cancel and return your scooter for a refund. Return carriage is to be arranged and paid for by the customer and you have up to 14 days to return the item to us. If we arrange for collection, the cost of the collection will be deducted from the refund.

Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

Delivery fee is unfortunately not refundable.

Repairs, Replacements and Refunds…

 Should you find that your goods are faulty upon delivery we will either repair, replace or refund the goods.

We reserve the right to inspect any product that is reported as faulty. As such if we are unable to diagnose the fault over the phone then we may send an engineer to assess the fault prior to rectifying it.

If the ATTO is faulty as a result of a manufacturing fault, then the cost of repair or replacement will be borne by the Folding Scooter Store if it falls within the 24 month warranty, or 12 month warranty on used / demo products.

If it is found that the ATTO is faulty due to wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse then the Folding Scooter Store reserves the right to charge for the cost of repair or replacement including parts, materials and labour. If there is no fault with the ATTO, then a call-out fee will be charged.

All new ATTO’s come with a 24-month warranty as standard on the mobility scooter and 12 months warranty on the battery.

Used / Demo products come with a 12 month ATTO warranty and 6 month battery warranty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
